DOMOGROUT F is a cement based expanding mortar ready for use. It complies with EN 1504-3.

USE

DOOGROUT F expands in order to sufficiently counteract the shrinkage associated with cement grouts. It is used in:

• machine foundations,
• filling of cavities and gaps, masonry, concrete, mortars etc.,
• floor smoothening etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean and wet the substrate. Add proper water amount (3 to 3.5 lt water for every 25 kg bag) into an already functioning slow speed drill and continue mixing for 3 to 4 minutes. Use the flowing mortar immediately after mixing. Clean all tools with water before the setting of the mortar. Minimum temperature during use 8°C. Minimum layer thickness 10 mm. Use only on clean and sound substrates. DOMOGROUT F is compatible with DOMOTOP 97 when high adhesion of the mortar on the concrete, metal or other substrate is desired. For special uses DOMOGROUT F is also available based on sulfur resistant cement.

Packaging: Bags of 25 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed bags at a dry and cool spot.

Consumption: 2.2 kg/lt of mix.
