CHEM ASR is a ready for use liquid admixture, added in mortars and concrete to achieve preventing - reducing of shrinkage.

USE

CHEM ASR is used in:

• anchoring mortars and concrete,
• filling mortars and concrete,
• cement mortars and industrial floors
• precast elements,
• grout injections.

ADVANTAGES

• It prevents shrinking with all types of cement.
• It ameliorates the homogeneity of the mix.
• It does not affect the strength and the setting time of concrete and mortars.
• It does not contain chloride.

INSTRUCTIONS

CHEM ASR is added to the mixer of the plant.

During the use the temperature has to be from 5°C to 35°C. For other temperatures consult our technical service.

Dosage: The usual ratio of CHEM ASR is 0.7-1.2% on cement weight.

USEFUL DATA

The composition of the mix, the type of cement and mainly the W/C ratio influence expansion.

Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 220 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed bags at a dry spot.

CHEM ASR is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.
