USE

CHEM 2 is used to improve plasticity and to reduce the amount of water in order to increase the strength of the concrete.

INSTRUCTIONS

CHEM 2 is added to the mixing water or directly to the fresh concrete.

Dosage: For normal conditions from 0.2 to 0.4% on cement weight. It can be raised up to 0.8% on cement weight or more according to need, after suitable trials. The improvement of plasticity depends on the quantity of CHEM 2 per m³ of concrete the temperature, and the cement type. CHEM 2 improves the compressive and flexural strength of concrete (at 3, 7 and 28 days).

USEFUL DATA

Packaging: IBCs of 1200 kg, drums of 250 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.

CHEM 2 is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company.
