CHEMIUM 325 Z is an aqueous solution of modified polymers ready for use, with very high performance in plasticizing and slump retention. It complies with EN 934-2 Tables 3.1, 3.2 and 11.1, 11.2.

USE

CHEMIUM 325 Z is an ideal admixture for high performance transported concrete, for example very low W/C ratio. It is used widely in the transported concrete industry, achieving very high early and final strength and high concrete density. It offers very long term plasticity to normal concrete.

 ADVANTAGES

• Flowable pumpable concrete with very low W/C ratio and without reducing slump.
• It increases watertightness of concrete, due to high water reducing effect.
• It reduces or eliminates heating in precast.
• It does not require vibration of concrete.
• It ameliorates the surface texture and finish of concrete.

• It ameliorates the adhesion of concrete on the reinforcement.
• It reduces shrinking and cracking.

 INSTRUCTIONS

CHEMIUM 325 Z, due to long term plasticity which it achieves, can be added only to the mixer of the plant. The duration of its effect is up to 1-2 hours at 20°C.

Dosage: For normal conditions from 0.5 to 3.0% on cement weight. In order to achieve W/C ratios below 0.3, it can be raised up to 5% on cement weight or more according to need, without side effects after suitable trials. The dosage depends on the temperature, the quantity and quality of cement and aggregates, the W/C ratio, etc.

USEFUL DATA

Packaging: IBCs of 1000 kg, drums of 220 kg, containers of 20 kg.

Shelf life: At least 6 months in the original sealed containers at a cool spot. If frozen, it can be defrosted at low temperature (30°C) under continuous stirring and used without problem.

CHEMIUM 325 Z is compatible with the range of admixtures offered by our company, except the SPL range.
